Fresh asparagus
We have been growing asparagus on our family farm near the city of Kharkiv since 2015. Careful harvesting, professional sorting, and pre-sale preparation make our product unique and exceptional! Typically, the asparagus season begins in mid-April, with harvesting taking place early in the morning to deliver it to consumers in the freshest possible condition by noon.

ASPARAGUS - THE NEW SUPERFOOD
Asparagus is a champion among Superfoods in Ukraine. Its main advantage lies in its high content of vitamin A, folate, and dietary fiber (all of which are believed to help fight cancer). It also has a high protein content, low fat and cholesterol levels, and a high level of potassium (which is beneficial for controlling blood pressure).
EVERYONE HAS THEIR PREFERRED SIZE
What is the best stem thickness for consumption? There are no set rules when it comes to choosing. It all depends on personal preferences. Whether thin, medium, or thick, all stems are juicy and tender!
LONG SEASON
Typically, we sell our asparagus from late April until June 20th, giving you the opportunity to enjoy fresh produce for 7-8 weeks.

We are a small farm specializing in organic green asparagus. Soon, our range will be expanded to include white and purple asparagus. We are located in a picturesque area, just a 30-minute drive from the city of Kharkiv.
